Matching
One order, filled by many desks.
Makers rest signed EIP-712 quotes and a Rust engine fills each taker fractionally across them, each at its own price. Both sides co-sign one gasless transaction.
Custody
Matched off-chain, held on-chain.
Both sides prepay, so long and short always sum to the pot and every fill is fully collateralised. The engine never holds funds, and a Merkle-root forced exit works if the operator goes dark.
